the intention of the video is for professional use, as well as instructional
purposes in a group setting provided no admission fee to view the program
is charged. In addition, the materials may be loaned to parents or teachers
for viewing in their own homes. All Canadian schools are required to purchase
PPR. The PPR purchase includes an instructional guide.
